terms of use; additionally, you are required to comply with all

into this site, and Internet rules related to online conduct. All
such usage policies are hereby incorporated in these terms of use.

the sole and exclusive property of Mindcrash Media Inc. Any such
use of these properties, other than for private, noncommercial home
use, is strictly prohibited. The term transaction is defined to
include but not limited to: trade, barter, sale, lease, loan, auction,
or use of any scripted animation, graphics/prop images, scripts/text,
audio/sound design materials, or any other materials contained herein
this site, in any means of technology or hereafter developed, including
the use of any materials on any other Web site or network system,
without prior written consent from Mindcrash Media Inc., is expressly
prohibited. The creation of deviated works based on The Last Nukyi
& Nukyi Salients: Heroes of the Nu Millennium, including but not
limited to: products and services, font configurations, icon configurations,
link button configurations, electronic wallpaper, online greeting
and postcards, and unlicenced merchandise, either sold, bartered
or made available online or otherwise, is expressly prohibited.
Where applicable -- such limited licences grants you permission
to view, download and print any one copy of any such material made
available on any one computer for private, noncommercial home use,
providing all intellectual property notices or other related property
notices remain intact. Modification or commercial use of any such
materials is a direct violation of Mindcrash Media's copyright and
other proprietary rights.

trademark, or patent with regards to any such submitted materials,
for any purpose Mindcrash desires, whether it be, in-house, public,
commercial, or otherwise, without any compensation, creative or
technical credit, or either verbal or written notice to the sender
of the submission whatsoever. The sender of any such submission
waives all their so-called - "Moral Rights" - and further waives
any claims against Mindcrash with regards to any solicited or unsolicited
submissions, including but not limited to: unfair competition, breach
of implied contract and/or breach of confidentiality.

unenforceable, such terms or provisions shall be stripped from this
agreement and shall not affect the validity of the remaining agreement.
